We have two brands; Fundraise Factory www.fundraisefactory.com , helping groups fundraiser
smarter, this brand has grown considerably in the last three years since
start-up, and in early 2022 we are launching our business model globally which
means huge opportunities for the right candidate. The second brand is Promo
Factory www.promofactory.co.nz where we offer
high quality branded b2b merchandise and corporate apparel. We have been in the
promotional industry for 20 yrs. If you want to work for a privately NZ owned,
innovative, creative, fun industry and work environment then we want to hear

We are looking for someone with the below skills & attributes!
A creative thinker with positive outlooks
A rockstar who can smash out social media posts, emails & digital engagement
Great customer service skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
High attention to detail
Friendly & professional demeanour
Full experience on PC , excel & word programmes
Critical thinking & problem solver
Your able to work under pressure
Willing to learn new software programmes.
Ability to Prioritize, be self-motivated, and time efficient.

THE ROLE
40 hours per week
Digital Marketing
Creating engaging content & posts on our Social Media channels
Helping to Develop social marketing plans & implementing
Creating & designing effective email campaigns
Creating marketing collateral & helping deliver successful events
Developing and growing our private groups & ambassador programmes
Overlooking Website & new products
Customer Service
Managing incoming phone & email enquiries
Helping manage
production/sales pipeline
Managing live online enquiries
Generating Quotes & Processing orders when
needed
Customer
onboarding support
Overlooking online orders & live fundraising campaigns/reports
Stock management, Courier & Despatch support
